Your order will normally be delivered within 3-10 days of receipt of your order, unless other information is given on the product page and the item is in stock.
If you have ordered several items and one of the items is not in stock, the order will only be dispatched when all items are available. For a partial delivery, please contact us at shop@maisonBo.ch.
Shipping costs CHF 9 for orders under CHF 99.99. Orders over CHF 100 are delivered free of charge.
Returns of items are possible up to 14 days after receipt. The items must be returned to maisonBo in the undamaged original packaging and after prior consultation. Returns are only permitted if the items are in perfect condition and new. A receipt or a copy of the invoice must be enclosed with the return shipment. In the case of returns by parcel, the customer shall bear the costs and risk of the return shipment. If the customer is entitled to a refund or other credit, this will be made in the same way as the original payment.
